Each includes a different assortment of accounting functions specifically suited to the size and requirements of the business.

However, these features are also all available individually. Therefore, the user has the freedom to simply select and mix the features to suit their requirements.

How it Works

Select the Most Suitable Bundle

The first step is to select one of the 7 Omni Bundles, that best suits your requirements.

Each Bundle includes the functionality of all lower bundles.

All Omni Bundles are Multi-User ready with in-built extensive user permissions.

Configure your Bundle

Configure by adding on additional individual Switches you require whenever you like.

Add on Switches from higher Bundles or from within the ERP Modules.

No additional software download is needed. On payment, an updated serial unlock key will be issued.

Upgrade to a Higher Bundle

Pay just the price difference between the Bundles to upgrade.

Upon payment, a new unlock serial number is issued. No software download is needed.

Upgrading to a higher Bundle is more cost-effective than individually purchasing all of the Bundle’s Switches.

Try Extra Features

All Omni Bundles and most of the Switches can be tried once for 30 days.

Once your Omni Software is installed, select which Bundle or Switch you wish to trial and unlock it instantly for a period of 30 days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALF INCREASE ON SELECT BUNDLES

Please note, with effect from the 1st October 2022 the following price changes will come into effect:

• On Business Pro, Enterprise and Premium bundles, the mandatory Annual Licence Fees (ALF) will attract a slight increase of 1.5%, bringing the fee to an overall 23.5% of software value

• Essential, Trader, Business and Point of Sale bundles will still attract a 22% ALF

• The minimum value for all Omni Accounts bundles will remain R1050.00 inclusive of VAT
